The SQ5 was produced as the performance version of the Audi Q5 that was first produced in 2008, coded Typ 8R. The previous versions of the SQ5 available in the Typ 8R generation used a 3.0L Supercharged V6 petrol engines, while these new generations SQ5s in the Typ 80A generations adopted a new 3.0L twin turbocharged petrol engine which turns out to be a much powerful version than the previous versions. The torque was increased to 500Nm of Torque from previously rated 469Nm of torque engine. Horsepower remained the same. Advancements are similar to what the new gen Typ 80A Audi Q5 received including a virtual instrument cluster, a de-cluttered interior making it more minimalistic, and improved leather seats with the exterior becoming more curvy and aesthetically beautiful than what was available in the previous generation. The new gen is definitely worth it!
