Landrover Discovery has a very rich history of evolution since 1989 when the First Series of the 1st generation was introduced. This is the second generation (L319), Discovery 4, also known as LR4, which was produced from 2009 to 2016. This unit is the last of its generation. Powered by a 3.0L SDV6 engine producing 254 horsepower and 600Nm of torque. It is mated to a ZF 8HP70 automatic transmission gearbox which came as a standard transmission from 2014. It was much upgraded in 2012 to include powerful brakes from Ranger Rover Sport, thicker anti-roll bars for better road handling and a better stability control system that handles issues with understeer as soon as it occurs. It still has fully independent air suspension and electronically locking differentials. This is a pure Marvel!
